How to use

Open one individual pouch.
Turn the mask over so the white fabric side is facing up.
Pinch + pull to reveal the ear loops (peel back the thin white fabric from the centre on both sides).
Place over closed eyes and secure with the ear loops.
Relax for ~30 minutes as the mask gently warms to around 40°C.
