How to use

Open one individual pouch.
Turn the mask over so the white fabric side is facing up.
Pinch + pull to reveal the ear loops (peel back the thin white fabric from the centre on both sides).
Place over closed eyes and secure with the ear loops.
Relax for ~30 minutes as the mask gently warms to around 40°C.

2. Unfold & fit
Unfold the mask and loop the ear straps gently over each ear. Adjust until it sits comfortably over your closed eyes.
3. Relax
Lie back, close your eyes, and let the warmth soothe your eye area for 20–30 minutes. The heat stays consistent throughout.
4. Remove & dispose
